Quick and Dirty Boatbuilding At Commencement Bay Maritime Festival

Hi everyone. It’s time to start thinking of this year’s Quick and Dirty Boat Building competition.

This year the Commencement Bay Maritime Fest has been move forward one month to August 29-30 so we should have pretty good weather for the event. Entries must be received before August 10th so we can plan for the right number of building spaces. The rules are the same as last year and the entry fee is still only $50.00, all of which goes to the Youth Maritime Foundation for the Sea Scouts. As always we will gladly accept larger donations for the scouts if you would like to do so.
